Program Summary
Introduction of traditional ebru materials
Preparation of the dyes and making of brushes
Adjusting the ebru colors, according to the type of ebru and the condition of ebru size

Being able to apply traditional ebru techniques and designs in papermarbling
Studying the history of traditional Turkish ebru, its philosophy and its masters
Understanding the nature of ebru material and being able to prepare them for application
Being able to solve problems which may rise during the marbling process
For the participants, to acquire skills to handle the whole process alone
Notes
Since everyone has their own tray, there is no certain starting date for groups.
You can stop by at our workshop or give us a call a few days before you want to start taking classes.
The class is three hours per week and there are 16 classes (4 months) in the first period. Another period for advanced techniques follows.
